Amelia Dare Orr is a registered nurse and the founder of Carolina Aesthetic Collective in Raleigh, NC. She has one treatment room, one injector, and no interest in a model that requires volume to survive.

She trained under some of the most respected injectors in the country and spent years watching what happens when a practice optimizes for throughput instead of outcomes. Carolina Aesthetic Collective is the opposite of that. Every patient gets a full consultation, a plan built around their actual anatomy, and a provider who will tell them when to wait instead of when to buy.

Her philosophy is structural. She treats faces as systems, considering the way bone, fat, muscle, and skin interact over time, not as a collection of problem areas to address on request. That is why her results tend to look like the patient, not like a procedure.
